Christopher Cahill has co-authored an article on civil litigation practice in the context of bankruptcy cases, which will be published in the February, 2014 edition of the Norton Journal of Bankruptcy Law and Practice.  The article title is, “Adding Defendants to Preference Complaints After Expiration of the Limitations Period: A Guide to Amendment and Relation Back after Krupski v. Costa Crociere,” and it will be the standard work on the subject.  Mr. Cahill’s co-author is Edward Neiger, co-managing partner of ASK LLP.
