Andrew Baumann concentrates his practice in banking and financial services, corporate and transactional matters, commercial litigation and creditors’ rights. Mr. Baumann frequently acts as general counsel to banks, credit unions and other financial institutions advising them on the wide variety of transactional issues in which they may need assistance with including but limited to the negotiation and documentation of secured and unsecured lending for all types of commercial credit facilities. Mr. Baumann also represents and assists individuals, corporate clients and various other forms of business enterprises from formation, to corporate maintenance, to succession planning and if need be the liquidation and disposition of assets. In addition to his extensive experience in various commercial transactional matters, Mr. Baumann represents both lenders as well as borrowers in workouts, loan restructurings, reorganizations and other similar types of commercial litigation revolving around either distressed businesses or commercial loan documentation.
