Ms. Baker is a property law attorney who advises clients in real estate transactions and through contract disputes. She is licensed to practice in all State Courts in the State of Florida, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Ms. Baker is a Texas native and graduate of Stetson University College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Baker clerked for the Honorable Judge Amy Williams in Florida’s Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, and was an Editor on the The Journal of International Aging Law & Policy. Ms. Baker also served as President of the Stetson Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Association, and received the William F. Blews pro bono service award for her work with the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar.
