The Food Group practice of L&G Law Group represents manufacturers, processors and distributors of food, including portion controlled steak, pork, and sausage as well as a chain of grocery stores. Our attorneys counsel clients in the development of regulatory strategy and policies, including ensuring compliance with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point Systems, which became effective January 1998, 1999, or 2000, depending upon establishment size. Additionally, our lawyers assist clients in the sale and acquisition of regulated businesses and product lines.
