Mr. Rose’s practice at L&G Law Group is concentrated in corporate and transactional matters. He has been engaged in a wide variety of areas during his thirty-plus years of law practice, including corporate, transactional, bankruptcy/insolvency, real estate, probate, commercial litigation, and appellate work in both federal and state courts. He has successfully defended a federal government contractor from a multimillion dollar overcharge claim brought against it by the Government Services Agency, lectured young lawyers concerning assignments for the benefit of creditors, spoken to members of the construction industry on mechanics liens, and discussed contract matters with interior design professionals. Prior to joining L&G Law Group , Mr. Rose was a partner at the firm of Tishler & Wald, Ltd.
Professional Activities
Mr. Rose is admitted to practice before the Illinois Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is a member of the Chicago Bar and Illinois State Bar Associations, and has earned an AV Preeminent peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell
