Mr. Drazkowski has frequently incorporated his strong business and engineering backgrounds to develop innovative and effective positions for his clients in medical malpractice, products liability and personal injury cases arising from motor vehicle and trucking accidents. He has been the lead defense counsel in over 140 medical malpractice lawsuits where he has represented the interests physicians, nurses and corporations. He has also been lead counsel in numerous personal injury litigation and business disputes. In addition to litigation, Mr. Drazkowski has successfully represented more than 80 medical professionals (physicians, nurses, dentists, etc…) in front of their respective licensing boards and has represented other contractors in various administrative matters. He also represents various corporate and small business, advising them on business and risk matters and employment issues.
Mr. Drazkowski earned his Juris Doctor Magna Cum Laude from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1997. He was elected to the Order of the Coif. Mr. Drazkowski also earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arizona and Business Mgt. from the Wharton School. Before law school, Mr. Drazkowski worked as a new product program and marketing manager for the Rohm & Haas Company of Philadelphia.
At Tulane, Mr. Drazkowski practiced in Tulane’s nationally renowned Environmental Law Clinic where represented clients on environmental related issues including toxic tort and regulatory compliance. He represented a group of Convent, La. citizens in a dispute over a proposed site of a vinyl chloride chemical facility and authored the comments that caused the EPA to deny the air and water permits, which forced the proposed facility to be upgraded and relocated.
After graduation, Mr. Drazkowski clerked for the Honorable Howell Cobb of the United States District Court, Eastern District of Texas.
He is currently a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the Maricopa County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in Arizona, United States District Court, District of Arizona, and Texas.
