Mr. Hynes concentrates his practice in general business litigation, including foreclosures, contract disputes, corporate governance and transactional law matters. Prior to joining L&G Law Group LLP, Mr. Hynes worked for a small Florida-based foreclosure defense law firm and was General Counsel for numerous businesses in the Chicago area.

Professional Activities

Mr. Hynes is a member of the bar in both Illinois and Florida.

Education

Mr. Hynes received his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, graduating Cum Laude. He was one of the founders of the Thomas M. Cooley Journal of Practical and Clinical Law, serving as senior editorial staff member. Mr. Hynes graduated from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois with a B.S. in Commerce.
