Katlynn Dee concentrates her practice in general corporate law including banking litigation, banking and financial services, commercial litigation, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, real estate law and other corporate matters.

Prior to becoming an associate with the firm, she was a law clerk at L&G Law Group. During law school, Ms. Dee gained further experience clerking at another litigation firm, working with in-house counsel at Laboratory Corporations of America, and volunteering at the Domestic Violence Legal Clinic and The Justice Collaborative.

Ms. Dee earned her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law, graduating second in her class and earning academic distinctions in Evidence, Negotiations, and Wills & Trusts. While at DePaul, she earned a Business Law Certificate and served as the Executive Editor of the DePaul Law Review.

She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois, and the American Bar Association.
