Kristin S. Feinstein concentrates her practice in civil litigation with an emphasis on medical malpractice, medical device litigation, product liability matters and personal injury litigation. She has handled a wide variety of matters in both state and federal courts across the country.

Ms. Feinstein has served as national coordinating counsel for major corporations, working to develop strategies for effectively evaluating, defending and resolving cases throughout the country. Ms. Feinstein is a skilled negotiator, having successfully resolved numerous matters through private mediation, or through settlement on favorable terms. She also has extensive experience working with and litigating against experts in a wide range of fields and is well-versed in the medical and scientific issues specific to those fields.

Professional Activities

Ms. Feinstein has been involved in a number of pro bono activities, including serving as a guardian ad litem for minor children through Chicago Volunteer Legal Services, and providing legal services to local animal rescue organizations.

Education

Ms. Feinstein attended law school at Loyola University Chicago School of Law and is an alumnus of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she earned her undergraduate degrees in Biology and French.
