Ms. Timiney concentrates her practice in estate planning, probate, probate litigation and civil litigation. She has experience in all stages of the litigation process, from depositions, to motion practice, alternative dispute resolution and trial. Ms. Timiney is also involved in drafting legislation for the Arizona State Legislature in the areas of alcohol, gaming, cities, towns and counties.
Professional Activities
Ms. Timiney was admitted to the Arizona Bar in 2001. She is involved in the Arizona Wills for Heroes program, which develops estate planning documents free of charge for first responders in every county in Arizona. She donates her time to the Arizona Homeless Legal Assistance Project as well as the Moot Court program at the Sandra Day O’Connor Law School at Arizona State University. She also donates her time assisting elders at assisted living facilities in the Phoenix area in the development of their estate and lifecare planning documents.
Education
Ms. Timiney received her J.D. from Arizona State University in 2001. She earned a B.A. from Arizona State University, graduating with a major in Broadcast Communications and she served as the morning news anchor at the CBS television affiliate in Phoenix prior to law school.
