Thomas Haberkorn concentrates his practice in general corporate law, including commercial litigation, contract disputes, corporate governance, transactional law matters, and other corporate matters. Thomas is licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois and Wisconsin.
Prior to becoming an associate with the firm, Thomas was a law clerk at L&G Law Group. During law school, Thomas gained further experience working at the Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic, externing for the Honorable Thomas E. Hoffman at the Illinois Appellate Court, First District, and clerking at a litigation firm. Thomas was also a member of the Business and Tax Law Society.
Thomas earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School, graduating with honors in the Business Law Concentration.
